The professionalism and fitting expertise I received were exactly what I had hoped to find. Lots of technical data which made sense once Rob explained it. Rob also allowed me to stop several times to address questions regarding the Trackman and the results it was displaying.
I never felt intimidated, rushed or embarrassed by my imperfect swing techniques.
I will say that even though Rob explained the process and the potential expense, I was a bit surprised at the total cost of re-clubbing my bag. Some things such as puring the shafts, I think, should be included. The cost is not insignificant, but one gets what one pays for.
