I always wanted a club fitting so when I Googled "Club fitting", Club Champion came up. The location in Charlotte was only about a 45 minute drive from my home so I "made the leap" and set up an appointment. The appointment was with Bruce Raffe and the minute I walked in I was put at ease, I was told step by step what was going to happen and I never felt any pressure of having to buy something before I left. Bruce took a lot of time with the shaft of my clubs, the club head as well as the grip. The only tough part of this was procedure was waiting for my clubs to arrive, which were delivered in a timely manner. Bruce knew my anticipation of receiving my clubs and he emailed me several times letting me know the status of my clubs. Once I received my clubs, I fell in love with them immediately! A month later, my son received his graduation gift by getting an appointment with Bruce. This time, Bruce opened up the store on a Sunday afternoon, giving up his son's soccer game by the way to help us out, and spent 5 hours getting my son's whole bag equipped as well as fitting me with a driver, since I was so impressed with my irons. A big thanks to Bruce for an outstanding and laid back session. Not only do I look forward to playing with my new clubs, now I have my son looking forward to playing golf more frequently with his new clubs. Thanks Bruce and Club Champion!
