Unprofessional, dangerous advice, and left the job unfinished. Avoid!
I had a completely unacceptable experience with Sullivan Super Service and will never let them on my property again. I needed a simple job done, putting the protective cage back around my air conditioning unit, which I removed but had trouble getting back on. The AC unit was not running in 90° weather.
The first technician (Caden DeSimone) came out, andwas incredibly rude and condescending after about 15 minutes of working on the unit. He tore apart the unit (fan/electrical), and then left my property without saying a single word to me. He tried to upcharge me $440 for what was essentially 30 minutes of basic labor (price gouging).
When I called the service manager to complain, he admitted the pricing could be adjusted and dropped it to $150 after a stressful back-and-forth.
However, the second tech (Isaiah Harris) they sent out was even worse. He claimed the unit was "fixed" after working on it for 5 minutes and went to walk out, even though you could hear the unit making a God-awful noise from the street 50+ yards away, a noise it was absolutely not making before they touched it. I had to catch him before he left to ask him to fix it. I also questioned why a bag of 12 bolts belonging to the unit weren't put back in (this was the entire job/issue that needed solved) He acted completely disgusted that I even asked.
This second tech gave me incredibly dangerous advice. He repeatedly ordered me to turn the AC unit on, even though I pointed out that the first tech had removed the original zip ties. I asked him multiple times to zip-tie the loose internal wires so they wouldn't get shredded or cut when the unit started up. He became combative, and repeatedly argued with me while I was trying to work in a 90-degree office. To make matters worse, he condescendingly told me to "call a professional" and claimed that I, the customer, was responsible for notifying him of pricing details!?!?!?
It got so bad that I eventually had to tell him to leave my property. He walked off the job without finishing it. My AC is currently running but is missing 12 critical bolts because their technician refused to put the unit back together. Additionally as they were "fixing" things they bent the electrical panel and parts of the outer cage on my unit which was fine before they touched it.
Their customer service is terrible, their technicians are aggressive, and they leave jobs half-done and unsafe. Save yourself the headache and call a reputable local independent company instead.
