I found Sullivan Super Service on Angie's List. My kitchen faucet sprayer hose was leaking and needed replaced. The plumber quoted me a price of four hundred dollars to replace the sprayer hose. WOW. $400.00. I told the plumber that was ridiculous. He explained that they would need to order the part and a lot of running around. When I ask about the running around he said that he would need to order the part, wait for the part, and then return to my home. Its not my fault tat he didn't have the part on his truck. I ask if I ordered the part what the price would be? Still $400.00. I had already found the part on the internet for under $30.00. I couldn't justify paying anyone $370.00 labor for a five minute job. Bottom line, the job was too small for him to make any money, so he inflated the cost so that I would have to pay $50.00 for him to just come to my house. He did suggest I may be better off replacing the entire faucet, which was only five yrs, old, for just $600.00. Haha. $600.00 to replace a faucet. I ordered the part myself (Delta sprayer hose) for $27.00 on Amazon, and had a plumber remove and replace for $60.00. It took him all of five minutes, but that was because we talked for a few of those minutes. Do not call these guys. Period!
