This is the 2nd time I have used Sullivan Service and once again they have respnded with efficiency and professionalism. When I called, I wasn't sure if it warranted an emergency ( which I found out later that it did), but the representative,, Maureen, did her best to find someone to come to the house in short time. Matt DiPria came and spent the day assessing the problem, going for parts and repairing the furnace.
He was informative, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He must be a valued employee and is an excellent representative of Sullivan Service.
