I was overcharged for a service of replace pvc under sink three small pieces. The bill was not broken down just a price of $202. It was $252.00 but I had a coupon. He didn’t even address the real issues of the problem, items falling down in the trap. Fixing that would’ve been the top priority.
The technician was very friendly and respectful, however he was in the truck close to an hour figuring out different prices.

In the past the prices matched the service but this particular time the price was way way over and the integrity of the technician was in question.
For this reason I will not be using Sullivan again.
