Total Cost for work was EXTREMELY HIGH
I Requested, but never got, an Estimate for replacing 2 shutoff valves and 2 fill hoses for my washing machine.
I got NO estimates from EITHER Home Advisor, or from Sullivan Plumbing. The Sullivan tech showed up, did the work, and charged me $339 for parts and labor.
The 2 valves and 2 hoses combined cost a Total of ~$50. That leaves a LABOR charge of ~$289 for work which took ~50 minutes., or an hourly rate of 60/50 times $289 = $346.80 per hour!!!!
I will file a Ripoff Report on the Internet in the near future to warn others.
