Bad Business Practices

BEWARE!!! Company has a history of luring you in with discounted inspections that really just serve as advertisement and then not really inspecting everything that they should. See BBB complaints. What they will do though is let you boiler/furnace fail and then charge you an arm and a leg to fix it once you have no heat and therefore no options. Company admitted to me that they skipped the inspection of a critical safety component but still charged me $400 to fix the $5 part that the inspection should have identified. They are very friendly; I will give them that you just have to realize that while they are shaking your hand they are $@!#% on your boot…

Our intention is to prevent you from ever having a breakdown and we hope that your equipment will last forever. To accomplish this goal all our technicians are extensively trained in proper procedures and tested and become NATE certified. I’m sorry that your experience did not meet our goal.
