I was very happy with the service I received. Bob and Jared were very knowledgeable and helpful. My only thought is about they advertise a $64 drain unclogging. I was told that there would be a $50 service charge for coming out. In my book that is $114. I was charged $293. It took Bob about 10 total minutes to unclog the drain after about approximately 30 minutes looking in the basement for how the drain was connected. Although I paid the $293 I would of liked to see a breakdown of the extra charges.
