Great experience with Sullivan Service. The price for a sewer drain cleanout was as advertised, no hidden fees. I was able to schedule the appointment when I was available. The plumber explained the issue, worked quickly and cleaned up after. He explained the service plan offered by Sullivan but was not pushy about selling it and left the information to consider later.
