I called and a technician was able to come out the same day. The technician discovered that my 12 year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. Which meant, I needed a new furnace.
Fortunately they were able to install a new furnace the next day. The installation was done in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the results.
