Rob from Sullivan was great and did a very professional, neat job. I feel comfortable with Sullivan for complicated/potentially problematic HVAC work in my old house as they have a ton of experience in my area and come highly recommended. Mind you, there is an added expense for such top-notch care and attention and professionalism, but when you consider remediation, repairs, lack of warranties from cheaper outfits, and how infrequently you'll need major service like this in the first place, you get what you pay for, and it all pans out in the end, with the added peace of mind as a bonus.
