I personally was not there when you came to my cousin's home (Lauren Madler) but she was pleased with the service. HOWEVER, when it came to be paid, the man doing the work said that a third party could not pay for it unless they were there in person. Before Sullivan arrived (the day before) I had made specific arrangements to have the bill sent to me, even giving the receptionist our email address, phone no. and address. At that point, all seemed to be going well with that. When my cousin told me she had to put it on her credit card, that upset me. Evidently there was no communication between office and service technician. So now I have to send my cousin for the amount so she can pay that amt. off on her credit card.
