Field workers were friendly, honest and professional. Obviously very knowledgeable and thorough. Neat and clean in that the work area actually looked better after they left then it did before they started. Confirmed what I already had suspected as the problem. Unlike some of the more noted companies Sullivan did not try to convince me or talk me into a larger unnecessary and costly job. Would highly recommend them and will call Sullivan when I am ready to have the work that's needed done.
