Ryan arrived as scheduled. He was professional yet friendly at the same time. He was very clear about what he was there to do, what he was doing as he did it, and what needed to be done at an additional cost and why. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very helpful in helping us to understand what he was doing and why and why additional tasks needed to be performed. We would definitely recommend Ryan and Sullivan Super Service. We will definitely have them come back to check our heating and air conditioning systems. We would request to have Ryan if possible.
