My whole experience with Sullivan Super Service was a little convoluted, but the bottom line I want to convey is that they are a very good service that did a great job with the installation! I have been with them for many years, so although their prices are a little high, I trust them and don't shop around at other businesses. In my last experience with them, there were a couple of jobs that didn't quite turn out the way I thought, but I think was because I did not effectively communicate what I needed. I was eager to get the job done and might not have clearly read through the catalog of projects before selecting one.They did a great job installing some parts of my faucet and shower but the appliances ended up not being something I could comfortably use because of my size. I couldn't get the appliances redone either because of the investment that they needed to redo the project. In their last visit, Bob, one of their workers, was so very understanding of my whole situation. He was really accommodating and courteous to me and I really appreciate that. I think all of their workers are very nice and their installation skills are very good! I just had some troubles unfortunately but still appreciate the job that they did.
