Dealing with Mr. Transmission Jackson was a very pleasant experience. I met Jay and asked him about my car's transmission, and he said to bring it to him because he can fix it--and he did. I have a Mercedes C280, and he did a wonderful job. Everything is just like he said it would be.

He had to rebuild the transmission because it stopped shifting from one gear to another. His communication was very good: He told me exactly what he needed to do and he did it; he told me what price it would be, and it came in at exactly what he said it would be.
