Was impressed with the different ways you tried to get ahold of me when you were on the way. There was a problem with water leaking under furnace, it started the day after they were here for courtesy service. I called Kalins to tell you about it & someone was here in less than an hour and a half to fix the problem. Was very impressed with that.
