I was searching for player's iron type (either cavity back or blade) for my new set. Knowing that I was going for something more than just iron heads or brands, I felt the need to reach out to Club Champions to find out exactly what their fitting experience was like since they would optimize the equipment based on your swing characteristics. Craig Phillips was the fitter I worked with for finding the best combination between the type of heads and also the type of shafts that would work for me. Craig carefully analyzed my swing, ball speed, trajectory, & various types of angles and we dialed down to what seemed comfortable for both him and myself. It was a superb experience overall. It is pricey as everything is pretty much customized to my wants/needs, but the end product was something that I was extremely satisfied with. Once the set was delivered & picked up, I went straight to the range to try them out and man.....it was good. Words don't do justice on how good it felt.
