I have been getting routine maintenance and servicing twice a year from Maxx AC and Heating and they do a decent job but most recently we went through a bit of miscommunication with them. One of the technicians came out for some general maintenance and I let him know that I needed some help programming my thermostat. He took a look at the thermostat and told me that I had an outdated version of the thermostat and that he was going to replace them for me. They came by a couple days later and did the installation --- after everything was complete they said it would cost me 1400 dollars. I thought they were doing it for free because the guy never said anything about me paying anything. We resolved the issue and then they ended up putting my old thermostats back. I believe it was a small misunderstanding and they resolved it pretty well. I will continue to use them but I will make sure to ask more questions. Overall a decent company to work with.
