Our experience with Varsity is the worst. First, we called them at 8 in the morning and was told technician will be here at 2pm but he won’t arrive until 5pm. This technician doesn’t really do his job and only do visual check and told us that there is no water in the house and there is nothing they can do. We already know that there is no water coming in, I don’t need to pay him $65 to get this diagnosis. He told me that he is not authorized to touch the pipes from basement to the main connection. Why even come or advertise himself as a plumbing service where he doesn’t even know where the fault is. This company is a out and out liar and I do not recommend this plumbing service when you need repairs in your house.
