They have been pleasant to work with. I recently hired them to change out my oil burner and install a new heating unit. Although I need to wait to have the installation completed, the customer service I have received thus far has been great. When I contacted them to have the new unit put in, I was scheduled an appointment very quickly. The staff members that I have spoken with have been very courteous, and I definitely think their price range for the work is fair.
