Right Way Heating and Cooling did a great job for us. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly; the fan was running but no cold air was coming out. So my wife called Right Way Heating and Cooling as they were contracted through our home warranty program. She called in the morning, and they came out the very same day to take care of the problem. Their customer service was very good. They came in the afternoon, took a little time to assess the situation and then went ahead with the repair. Their technicians were professional, efficient and competent. They did a really good job. They were also communicative. Not only did they explain to us what the issue was and how they were going to fix it, but they also gave us recommendations for the future, in case we encountered the same problem again. I really appreciated that. The air conditioner's been working fine ever since!
