I have had a couple issues with my HVAC system recently and the fixes were covered by a home warranty. The warranty company had me use Rightway and the experience has been both good and not so good. The time it took to get a response to about 3 calls that were placed to them seemed too long. I know contractors have been busy but getting something scheduled so the customer knows that it is being worked on at least is not a big ask. One the contractors arrived everything was great and the people were friendly. Need some work on the front end.
