I have been going to Rolf's Import Auto Service for about four years. Now that the warranty has run out on my vehicles, I go to Rolf's exclusively. They do not start work on your car without your input. They listen to you before they start their diagnostic work. And, they are very personable. They offer loner cars and they are very accommodating. I don't think I have worked with a company more focused on taking care of their individual customers.
