I had them perform a Buyers Inspection on a '02 BMW M3 I wanted to buy. The inspection was thorough and detailed giving me confidence to buy the car. I then took my car in for a major service, and a couple of repairs found in the inspection, which I do with my newly purchased cars. The work was thorough and the reports are detailed telling me exactly what was done. After I received my car and was enjoying it my horn stuck in the on position while driving down the freeway. I pulled over in a safe location with my horn honking... embarrassing . I turned the car off and called Mark who quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem by phone. I took out the horn fuses to shut them off and took the car to Rolfs the next morning. They found the problem, which was exactly as Mark's phone diagnosis, and fixed it. This repair was no fault of their service, and there was NO CHARGE!! They went above and beyond was I expected with exceptional customer service and expertise.
