I Am Not A Happy Customer!
SUNDANCE Energy Services installed a new heating and air conditioning unit in 2018. The installation went fine and Curtis was very helpful. This winter the unit stopped working. I called Sundance, and they were booked out for three months. I couldn't wait that long because it's winter so I called another company who came out. This company determined that it was a wiring issue from the installation and should be covered under warranty. I emailed Curtis, and he sent a technician out. This technician told me it was not covered under the install warranty, and he left sap all over my floor and didn't put the unit back together correctly. After the guy left I was so frustrated that I have not decided what I am going to do at this point. Because of this experience, I would not recommend Sundance, as they did not stand behind their work.
