Looking Forward To Service In The Future
I have been using SUNDANCE Energy Services for some time now. The hot water and ambient heat went out in my rental leaving my tenant without both. The manager at Sundance had serviced this system prior and was familiar with it. I called the office with the ladies being nice as always, but he was not able to come out and they sent someone else. It was clear to me early in the service call that he was not familiar with this system and really could not be of help. I called back to see if the manager could come out and he was able to schedule me in. He was honest with his opinion about what the issue was. He was also honest in letting me know that he did not have the equipment necessary to fix the issue. He recommended me to a plumbing company that was able to come out and diagnose the issue. The system which is 10 plus years old simply had to be replaced. I called Sundance to see if they could install it but they just didn't have the necessary time to get it done in this emergency. I was pretty scared to get the bill for what they had already done by spending hours trying to get this unit working. To my surprise and joy, they only charged me $99.00. I have talked with them about continued service for my other rental properties that do not have this ambient system and they have agreed to service those. I have nothing bad to say about Sundance, they really are good people and this manager did the very best he could in very difficult circumstances!
