Left us out in the cold
Contacted Sundance as they are an American standard dealer. Tech came out and he noted issues with a tankless water heater install done by another company. Scale of job was too big for tech, so Dwight, service manager, came out to assess. This was 30 June 2020.
Dwight communicated that it would take time for him to assemble quote. Gave him time and contacted on 20 July. He responded that quote would be forthcoming.
Contacted again on 27 July. Still no quote.
Contacted again on 16 September, Response was that he does not have time or manpower to do the job. It took him 10 weeks to come to this conclusion?!!
Sundance has literally left us in the cold. One week before the autumnal equinox, after leading us on for 10 weeks, Sundance Drops us without a second thought.
My wife and 3 boys thank them for leaving us with a non-operational furnace just as fall is beginning.
Especially frustrating as a I was impressed with tech and Dwight when on site. Even told Dwight that he had earned my trust and my business.
