Took my deposit, have done no work, no communication
I contracted for Sundance to fix the broken glass on my gas fireplace and tune up fireplace and furnace. I paid the deposit of $695 on 3/19. I was told that it could take 6-8 weeks for the glass to arrive. A couple days later my hot water heater went out. Heather came right away and gave me a quote. In the end I went with another company but paid for the visit $100. Am wondering if service refusal is due to the fact that I did not choose the for my HW heater repair. Today is 5/28. No one ever called to schedule an appointment and my calls aren't being returned. I'm working with my bank to recoup the money that was taken. I hope that this is a mistake and not blatant theft. I understand things could be delayed due to COVID but all they had to do was call and tell me that. Very disappointed.
