SUNDANCE Energy Services Inc. replaced my water heater when mine went out. This was my first time using them. Overall the service was pretty good and they got the new heater installed and the old one took out with no issues and it does work well.

I think communication could be better. They showed up early within their window of time which worked out fine but it could have had some issues. Also, the installation technicians could not answer any questions about my bill or energy efficiency and I think they should be able to answer some of those questions.

I would recommend them if a neighbor needed a new hot water heater.
