This was our first time using SUNDANCE Energy Services Inc. A man came out to talk with us about the sustainability of having an A/C unit. He went over the cost and prices, and he was very thorough. He checked to see where our furnace was, and he put on booties in the house to not track anything in. We decided to purchase the units, and everything they said they would do, they did. There were two men that came to install the A/C and furnace. They ran plastic up the stairs and also wore booties. They were less communicative about what they were doing and how long it would take. They were quiet - but kind - and the whole project turned out great. The project took two days, but they actually installed it all about two weeks ahead of schedule. They did a service check sometime after everything was finished to see how things were going. There have been no issues whatsoever. We were able to use the system, and we got to enjoy a nice cool house through the hot summer. It was an excellent overall experience, and I would recommend them.
