The technician was great and spent time explaining all the work which was done. He knew his stuff and made sure the furnace was functioning correctly, checked carbonmonoxide, cleaned components, etc.

However when he showed up he was not prepared to service the heat pump. I don't know why there was a miss communication. Sundance installed this equipment. When I filled out the online form to request service I described the equipment. Even when they called to confirm the appointment we corrected them on the equipment they were servicing.

It was disappointing that they missed this.
