Dolan Inc. Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric ripped out my old bathtub and all the tiles, and then they replaced that with a new shower and new tiles. The service work itself was very good, and the people with whom I dealt were very good. However, the company needs to work on its communication skills. Once they set an appointment, they need to follow up with their customer about any changes or delays, and let their customer know what is going on. I come from a family of business owners, and I know firsthand how important this end of the business is.
