On Monday, July 20, 2026, Robert Webster installed the AprilAire filtration system on my Lennox HVAC system. The small area in my utility room made this work challenging, especially with the water heater being so close to the furnace. Robert considered three positions for installing the filter cabinet. After discussing each option with me, Robert decided on the best location that would be convenient for me to change the filter without having to bend down.
With the AprilAire air cleaner that Matthew Carpenter first suggested during my spring 2026 service check, I now, after three years, have an effective and efficient HVAC system with improved air circulation and improved static pressure. Together, Matthew and Robert have corrected the poor design and installation of the original filter compartment.
