Esmeralda was great, thorough, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Also had great response from service manager. But trying to work my way through the hoops and roadblocks of the overseas customer representatives was horrible. Please train them to be honest about their capabilities and location. If I do recommend Cooper to friends it will be with a warning about the difficulty of reaching someone with knowledge and authority to answer questions or schedule needed service.
