The crew at Cooper Heating and Cooling was fantastic. Mick patiently answered all of our many questions about a heat pump system replacing our old AC. Mick provided four options with varying price points. We chose the Bosch option. The pricing for a Bosch heat pump and furnace was reasonable and fair. The install crew arrived on time on the day of installation. They were very courteous, professional, skilled and efficient. We are very pleased with our new Bosch heat pump and Bosch furnace.
