I got 3 estimates to replace 2 furnaces and 2 AC units that all crapped out at the same time! They were 30 years old so no surprise really. What was a surprise was Cooper Heating & Coolling.
Of the other 2 companies that bid the job, 1 was a huge player in Denver and they wouldn’t even give me a paper estimate unless I agreed to work with them?! The verbal number they gave me was astronomical. They never mentioned possible rebates and didn’t mention several other things the other two groups did. The second company was very nice and they were basically who I thought we would go with. Their estimate was fair I thought, and they had a good reputation here locally. Cooper Heating & Cooling was the last group to visit and give us an estimate. They did that in about 30 minutes. Of the other two, just gave us a verbal as mentioned before, and one took a day or so. So Cooper was faster, gave us a great estimate, AND they took care of the rebate paperwork and then only charged us for the total minus the significant rebates they initiated. The other company was going to charge us the full amount and make us wait 8 weeks for the rebate. Needless to say we chose Cooper Heating & Cooling! They sent 2 teams to put in both systems and they worked during a terrible blizzard. They really are something. I highly recommend Cooper Heating & Cooling. They did a fantastic job for me and I’m sure they will for you too.
