Your technician was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He replaced the humidifier water flow valve in minutes - and the problem was solved. However, then came the bill. This was the second time that Cooper has had to replace this valve in the past couple of years. I would recommend that you either cover this part for a minimum of 5 years (prefer 10 years) or you go to a different supplier and get parts that have a longer lifetime.
