I replaced my furnace and A/C units. I was comfortable with the guy who made the estimate, he was friendly and informative. There was no push to sign today. I said I was looking for other bids and he was OK and no pressure. The install was easy to schedule within a few days and they accommodated my schedule. The day of the install went without a glitch. They always explained what they were doing and why. They were very nice crew. They cleaned up and was careful about my house. All in all it was an easy day.
