Had Il Yim come to my home today to inspect and give an estimate to replace my old furnace. Very professional and friendly. Spent lots of time to check out every option, and I could tell he was trying hard to find the best solution for me, and that included concern about my budget. I have a technical background and know much about electronics and things like furnaces as I have repaired them and maintained my own. I could tell Mr. Yim really knew his stuff, and was very good at answering all my questions, supported by data. Mr. Yim, and Coopers good long-term reputation made me wonder why I entertained getting bids from other companies.
