Cooper Heating & Cooling had installed the HVAC system in my home prior to my purchase. I had an issue with this system that just kept happening over and over. The first technician that came out cleaned the unit and restarted the entire system, and it seemed to work fine for a couple of weeks. It stopped working again. The second technician came out and cleared a blockage in the drain from the basement from the HVAC and reset the system, and it worked fine again and stopped. The third time that they came out the issue with the blocked drain pipe again needed clearing. This senior technician explained to me that the drain pipe was too small to carry all that it needed to, especially during really hot weather. He gave me recommendations on filters and what I could do until that drain could be replaced. With all of these technicians, they were very pleasant and very professional. They were knowledgeable in this HVAC system and explained a great deal about how it worked. I am grateful that they took the time to educate me so that if this issue comes again I will know the right questions to ask. I have also signed up for their maintenance plan for servicing twice a year. Thank you for your diligence and getting this issue resolved.
