We have used Cooper on a number of occasions the past few years. All service people who have worked here are good people and try to do a good job for the customer.
The number one issue I and most likely other customers have, is signing the invoice.
By asking the customer to initial those areas in question, you are basically asking the customer to review the service person while they are standing there watching you. Very dumb idea! Seriously, how many honest answers do you expect from a customer under those circumstances? An invoice should only be an invoice, not a review form! If you truly want a customers honest review of the job, have a tech leave a review form along with a return stamped envelope!
The other issue is the water heater venting system still leaks even after the good effort to repair it by the last service tech! This has been an on going issue since they installed the tank less water heater. Its time to either install a concentric vent or install the proper flashing! Thankfully, the floor drain is close to the drip location!
