I have always been very satisfied with Copper Cottage since I have been using them.
Customer service is a priority for them, I would say. The technician had trouble getting the part I needed. He could have gotten one that cost 5 x as much but said he did not want to do that to me. Instead he found a universal one that is working beautifully
