We had the handle break on the shower after 10 pm at night on a Friday, I called and the phone was answered quickly and I was put on the line with Nate.
He informed me very clearly of the after hours rate and got out here in about a half hour. He went right to work, and repaired the shower in a short amount of time. His attitude was great for being called late, and was a very good representation of Copper Cottage. Thanks Nate.
