They reached out to me, personally, via email, after the first time I'd used them, and it just so happened to be perfect timing for my life, because my car was, indeed, in need of servicing. They repaired a window and the heating system, for me, and both jobs were done perfectly. They're polite and have great counter-service, and everything was explained quite well.
