I did not enjoy my experience with Canoga Park Heating & Air Conditioning. They did their job, but there were three mishaps that demonstrated some negligence on their part. The first was a large dent that they put into a very nice door. The supervisor apologized and told me that they were going to get a professional contractor to fix it, but I was unhappy with the way the workers responded to their mistake. They rebuffed responsibility and shifted blame to another worker. Their attitude came off as cocky and childish. The second issue I had was that the workers stepped on our solar panels while working on the roof. I have to get the solar panels inspected to make sure there is no damage to them. The third mishap that occurred was a broken solar light fixture. My husband had moved it aside for the job, but it still got broken somehow. Those three complaints, along with how the workers responded to their mistakes, are why I was disappointed with the service.
