Usually they are very nice, especially the owner
On rare occasions, I have had problems with a few members of the staff that were rude to me. A few times my cleaning didn't come out the way I would have liked.
However, the owners are really considerate and are very generous to organizations that I support. Lori, if I am spelling it correctly is always helpful.
