A leaking pipe in my basement was repaired by this company. Part of the repair involved using two hot dog buns to dry up the water in the pipe so that it could be soldered. The "fix" stopped up the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom, clogging the the sink pipes and the shower heads. Ben Franklin cleared the sink pipes and two of the shower heads but I still have 6 wall mounted shower heads that are not working because they could't get them off. The plumber who tried to fix them said BF would be responsible for fixing them. The plumber who did the original work is now saying that I will be responsible for the removal
and replacement of the shower heads. I have called
the owners twice and have not heard back.
