I highly recommend Allen and the man they sent to us, Paul. Our furnace had failed and Paul had to trouble shoot it and order a circuit board for the ultimate fix. Until the part came in, he did a short term fix that worked just fine. At the same time, he found a leak in the hot water heater because of a shoddy installation when it was put in. Overall, great work. The ladies I interacted with were great and I will use them again if I need to.
